Living, farming, breeding, producing, and consuming: until now we have done this under the illusion of possessing unlimited resources, and we have damaged the planet, which is our home, our garden, and our paradise. To mend the planet and restore the lost balance, we are slowly taking up the path of attention and care. It's happening everywhere, in production systems large and small, in communities and within ourselves.
This new and ancient way of life is practiced spontaneously by those who live closest to nature, in places where traditions have continued to evolve without interruption, and where today we still treasure the ancient knowledge and customs received from past generations and always renewed over time.
With a commitment to sustainability, a small community in the Italian Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, continues the tradition of living in harmony with their local environment. While nurturing their surroundings, they practice ancient farming customs, foraging and sourcing sustainable native ingredients. The table is set with traditional Italian dishes, ensuring nothing goes to waste. With this approach in mind, harmony with the planet is both possible and achieved.
Follow us to the wonderful Brenta Dolomites, to meet women and men who, by example, show us how we can live with more balance, in harmony with the earth in a mutual agreement made of respect, expectation, love.
