- 11 OZ. of kale
- 9 OZ. of goat cheese
- 1 TBSP. of finely grated fresh lemon zest
- toasted sesame seeds
- extra-virgin olive oil
- pink pepper
- salt

Clean the kale leaves, dry and pat them well. Toss them with a little oil and salt. Place them in the microwave on fry mode for 1 minute and 30 seconds or arrange on a microwave-safe plate between two sheets of microwave safe parchment paper at 600W for 1 minute and then on high for another 30 seconds. Check for crispness.

Mix the goat cheese with a little oil and the lemon zest. Serve the chips sprinkled with sesame seeds, dollops of goat cheese and a little coarsely ground pink pepper.
