List of Ingredients
- 12 OZ. of farfalle pasta
- 6 OZ. of cherry tomatoes
- 5 TBSP. of readymade olive tapenade
- 2 OZ. of raw almonds
- fresh marjoram
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
Method

Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and toss them in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and the leaves of 4 sprigs of marjoram.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Chop the almonds with a knife and sauté them in a pan with 1/4 cup oil for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and mix well.

Drain the farfalle and top with the olive tapenade, tomatoes and almonds.
